Product Introduction
Through CNC programming to adjust the position of the cutter automatically, this machine is suitable for processing all kinds of profile end face, step-surface, and strengthen mullion processing. It can process multiple profiles at the same time, big diameter cutter and high processing efficiency. It adopts CNC system control operation, Equipped with 3 big power(3KW) precision electric motors, one of them can rotate 90 degree to realize the cutting off function, the section of the processed profile could be imported in IPC, use as you need, and simple operation, no need skilled worker, online with software, process automatically by scanning the bar code. Fully enclosed structure, low noise, environmental protection and simple appearance. The Max. depth of milling is 75mm, the Max. height of milling is 240mm.
