Product Introduction
This machine is used for cutting glazing bead in angle 90° for aluminum win-door. Equipped with digital display measuring ruler with wireless transmission, which can send the measurement to CNC guide ruler in real time for positioning and cutting. Through wireless scale measurement and transmission, automatic system recording replaces of traditional manual and note-taking measurement. The accuracy of measuring and positioning can up to 0.01mm, realizing the perfect docking of the processing size and actual size. Depending on the feedback data from magnetic scale and sensor to make error correction, and realize the absolute positioning with high precision and full closed-loop. Each data can be set to run automatically at an interval time, according to the setting time, automatically locate the next data, and automatically stop running if no processing , reduce the tedious manual operation.
