The Min. holes distance can up to 18mm through changing different drilling chunk.

Main Feature

1. High accuracy positioning: adopts servo motor drive, the ball screw and precision screw rack drive positioning.
2. Quick positioning: only need to input the first hole position and the holes distance, the system can auto account the holes quantity, the drilling bit can be moved to processing position automatically through 18 servo motors.
3. Two steps rotation speed: adopts two steps rotation speed motor(960r/1400r/min), it is suitable for drilling the processing holes or installation holes of aluminum profile, steel sub-frame and plastic steel win-door.
4. Large process range: the holes distance range is from 230mm-4300mm.
5. High flexible: the drilling bit can realize single-action, double-action and linkage, and can also be freely combined.
6. Software docking: online with ERP software, such as Klaes, Jopps, Zhujiang, Mendaoyun, zaoyi, Xinger and Changfeng, etc.
7. Network/USB flash disk import: import the processing data directly through network or USB disk.
8. Scanning processing: Scanning QR code on the profile by scanning gun, automatically fix the dimension to process.
9. Equipped with scanning gun(charge separately), scan and process the material labeled with QR code, zero mistake processing, high efficiency, and combined to digital factory with other CNC equipment.

10. Large process range: the holes distance range is from 230mm-4300mm.

11. High flexible: the drilling bit can realize single-action, double-action and linkage, and can also be freely combined.
