Product Introduction
This machine is used for drilling the processing holes of aluminum profile and installation holes of plastic steel win-door. It adopts PLC to control the operation of the equipment, the motor spindle is connected with drilling bit through spindle box, the drilling bit swing small, the gas liquid damping cylinder control the drilling bit to operate, and the speed is linearly adjustment, the drilling accuracy is high. Through the ruler control, it can drill 6 different positions of holes at the same time, when the profile length is not more than 2500mm, it can be divided into two areas to process. The dilrling head can realize single-action, double-action and linkage, and can also be freely combined. The Max. drilling diameter is 13mm, the holes distance range is from 250mm-5000mm Through changing different drilling chunk, it can drill group holes, the Min. hole distance can up to 18mm.
