Main Feature

1. 1. Intelligent and Simple: the whole machine is controlled by 18 servo motors, except the cutter height is manual adjustment, all the others are auto adjustment through the servo system control.
2. 2. High efficiency: it spends about 45s to extrude one rectangular frame, then be transferred automatically to next process by belt.
3. 3. Large processing range: the Min. frame size is 480×680mm, the Max. frame size is 2200×3000mm.
4. 4. High auto level: transfer the rectangular frame automatically to next process by the conveyor belt of input and output worktable, save time and labour.
5. 5. Low labour intensity: window frame is transferred on the belt, no need worker to carry.
6. 6. Strong common ability: realize the double point cutter function through servo control, no need to customize the double point cutter according to the profile.
7. 7. Big power: driven by servo motor, through the torque of servo motor control the crimping pressure to ensure the crimping strength.
8. 8. High accuracy: through the torque monitoring function of servo system, it can realize the four corners preload automatically, ensure the diagonal dimension and crimping quality.
9. 9. Software docking: online with ERP software, such as Klaes, Jopps, Zhujiang, Mendaoyun, zaoyi, Xinger and Changfeng, etc
10. 10. Network/USB flash disk/scanning: import the processing data directly through network ,USB disk or scanning the QR code.
11. 11. The processed profile section can be imported in IPC, use as you need.
