Intelligent Corner Crimping Production Line for Aluminum Win-door LMJJX-CNC-100x2200x3000

This machine is used for efficiently crimping four corners of aluminum Win-door. The whole machine is controlled by 18 servo motors, except the cutter height is manual adjustment, all the others are auto adjustment through the servo system control. It spends about 45s to extrude one rectangular frame，then be transferred automatically to next process by the conveyor belt of input and output worktable, save time and labour. It’s driven by servo motor, through the torque monitoring function of servo system, it can realize the four corners preload automatically, ensure the diagonal dimension and crimping quality. It can realize the double point cutter function through servo control, no need to customize the double point cutter according to the profile. Simple operation, the processing data can be imported directly through network ,USB disk or scanning the QR code, and the processed profile section can be imported in IPC, use as you need. Equipped with bar code printer to print the material identification in real time.

The Min. frame size is 480×680mm, the Max. frame size is 2200×3000mm.
