5. High accuracy: mono-block casting type of main engine base and cutting mechanism, three fixed angles, two fixed 45°and one fixed 90°, the cutting length error is 0.1mm, the flatness error of cutting surface is not more than 0.10mm, the cutting angle error is 5′.
6. No need consider the profile section and height, no need customize mould, adopts double-layer fixture of patented "Z" fan to avoid the "Z" fan to tilt during compressing.
7. Only need one worker to operate, simple operation and easy to understand and learn, it can put 7 pieces of profiles at one time, automatically complete feeding, cutting and unloading.

13. Equipped with auto scrap collector, the waste scraps are transported to waste container by conveyor belt, reduce cleaning frequency and improve work efficiency.
