Main Feature
1. High efficiency: 45° saw blade is driven by servo motor to ensure high speed and uniform cutting, high cutting efficiency and good cutting surface.
2. The saw blade is separated with the cutting surface when returns, to avoid sweeping the profile, improve the cutting surface finish and avoid burrs, and the service life of saw blade can be increased more than 300%.
3. Large cutting range: the cutting length range is 350mm~6500mm, the width is 110mm, the height is 150mm.
4. Big power:equipped with 3KW direct-connected motor, the efficiency of cutting profile with insulation material is improved 30% than 2.2KW motor.
5. High accuracy: mono-block casting type of main engine base and cutting mechanism, three fixed angles, two fixed 45°and one fixed 90°, the cutting length error is 0.1mm, the flatness error of cutting surface is not more than 0.10mm, the cutting angle error is 5′.
6. No need consider the profile section and height, no need customize mould, adopts double-layer fixture of patented "Z" fan to avoid the "Z" fan to tilt during compressing.
7. Only need one worker to operate, simple operation and easy to understand and learn, it can put 7 pieces of profiles at one time, automatically complete feeding, cutting and unloading.
8. It has capacity statistics, equipment status and time statistics.
9. It has remote service function(maintenance and training), reduce downtime, improve service efficiency and equipment utilization rate.
Data Import Mode
1. Software docking: online with ERP software, such as Klaes, Jopps, Zhujiang, Mendaoyun, zaoyi, Xinger and Changfeng, etc
2. Network/USB flash disk import: import the processing data directly through network or USB disk.

1. The cutting unit is fully enclosed to protect, low noise, safety, and environmental protection.
2. Equipped with auto scrap collector, the waste scraps are transported to waste container by conveyor belt, reduce cleaning frequency and improve work efficiency.
3. The scrap collector is set on the side of the cutting bin, saving space, and maintenance convenient.
