Main Feature

1. High accuracy positioning: the movable saw head adopts servo motor drive the gear, to drive the fixed ruler on the precision screw rack.
2. Large cutting range: the cutting length range is 500mm～5000mm,
the width is 125mm, the height is 200mm.
3. Big power: equipped with 3KW direct-connected motor, the efficiency of cutting profile with insulation material is improved 30% than 2.2KW motor.
4. Stable cutting: the direct-connected motor drives the saw blade to rotate, the gas liquid damping cylinder pushes the saw blade cutting.
5. Software docking: online with ERP software, such as Klaes, Jopps, Zhujiang, Mendaoyun, zaoyi, Xinger and Changfeng, etc.
6. Network/USB flash disk import: import the processing data directly through network or USB disk.
7. Manual input.
8. Equipped with the phase sequence protector to protect the equipment effectively when the phase sequence is cut off or connected by mistake.
9. The distribution box is equipped with isolation transformer, which plays the role of protection, lightning protection, and filtering.
10. You can choose to equip with bar code printer(charge separately), to print the material identification in real time, realize the process information identification, be digital factory.
