Short Description:
The production line consists of a welding unit, a conveying unit (transfer worktable) and corner‑seam cleaning unit to complete welding, conveying and corner‑seam trimming processes for rectangular UPVC door and window frames or sashes.
Welding Unit:
The machine body is horizontally arranged. Welding for one rectangular frame can be accomplished with one‑time clamping for stable and reliable welding performance. It realizes functions such as welding‑dimension error‑compensation to deliver high‑precision welded products.
Torque‑monitoring technology is applied. The torque‑monitoring function of the servo‑system achieves automatic pre‑tightening at four corners so as to ensure welding precision.
Switch between seamed‑weld and seamless‑weld modes by mounting and detaching pressure plates to fix welding gaps, which guarantees welding strength and stability.
Corner‑Seam Cleaning Unit:
It is fitted with a high‑efficiency 3‑axis‑6‑cutter servo‑control system. It can rotate corners automatically and quickly trim almost all weld seams at welded corners of UPVC door and window frames.
