Product Introduction
This machine is used for processing all kinds of holes and grooves of aluminum profile. The worktable is driven by 6KW servo motor to rotate automatically, big torque, once clamping can complete the processing of three surfaces, the processing efficiency is one times of the ordinary CNC drilling and milling machine, and 8 times of ordinary copying milling machine. Equipped with tool setting instrument, the system can automatic insert the length and position of the tool after replacing the tool. The system has standard graphics library, and can import directly the graphics to generate the processing program by network or USB disk. It adopts unique chip removal design, equipped with bottom chip tray to make the workshop cleaner.
