Main Feature

1. High efficiency: one rectangular frame can be extruded about 45s, and be transferred to next process by conveyor belt.
2. Large range: Min. Frame size 480×700mm, Max. Frame size 2200×3000mm.
3. Big power: driven by hydraulic system, the Max. Pressure is 48KN, ensure the crimping corner strength.
4. High auto level: transfer the rectangular frame automatically to next process by the conveyor belt of input and output worktable, save time and labour.
5. Low labour intensity: window frame is transferred on conveyor belt, no need worker to carry.
6. High accuracy: through the torque monitoring function of servo system, it can realize the four corners preload automatically, ensure the diagonal dimension and crimping quality.
7. Software docking: online with ERP software, such as Klaes, Jopps, Zhujiang, Mendaoyun, zaoyi, Xinger and Changfeng, etc.
8. Network/USB flash disk/scanning: import the processing data directly through network ,USB disk oe scanning the QR code.
9. The processed profile section can be imported in IPC, use as you need.
