Product Introduction
1.The fully automatic aluminium formwork robotic production line is mainly for standard aluminum formwork panels manufacturing.
2.The automatic line including robotic automatic loading, cutting, punching, CNC slots milling, Rib’s end milling (optional), side rail robotic welding, stiffeners robotic welding, straightening, concrete surface buffing, robotic unloading and stacking, laser bar code printing is optional.
3.The whole auto line features high flexible for different standard panels manufacturing. Exchanging between different panels is very simple and fast speed as well.
4.For loading section, operator just need to load the raw materials on the transverse conveyor by forklift, then the robotic arm will automatically take profile and load it on the cutting section’s conveyor.
5.The cutting section equipped with cyclone dust collector and wastages removal facility.
6.The auto line has two 3 meters punching sections, each punching section can punch Max. I holes at the same time, the CNC controlled manipulator was used to set punching holes pattern, which features high efficiency and high flexible for different materials and guarantee the best performance.
7.The milling section can mill the slots at at both sides at same time, each side equipped with 3 CNC controlled milling heads, flexible for different slots milling requirement.
8.The auto line equipped with 2 robotic arms for the both end side rail welding, operator just need to load bulk side rails into the holder, the manipulator will automatically take the side rail and put it at the end, then the robotic arm will do automatically welding. Each end has two parallel side rail welding stations.
9.The auto line equipped with 6 robotic arms in 3 groups of welding stations for the stiffeners welding, operator just need to load bulk stiffeners into the holder, the manipulator will automatically take the stiffener and put it into the panel at right position, then the two robotic arms will automatically do welding.
10.After side rails and stiffeners welding, the panel will be rotated and feed into straightening section and buffing section, after buffing, the panel will be rotated for robotic arm unloading and stacking.
11.The raw material length: 6000mm or 7300mm.
12.Raw material width range: 250~600mm.
13.Finished products’ length range: 600~3000mm.
14.Customized specifications are acceptable.
