Main Function of Intelligent Production Line

1.Cutting unit: Automatic cutting ±45°,90°, and laser engraving line.
2.Printing and sticking label unit: Automatic printing, and sticking label on the aluminum profiles.
3. Scanning label unit: Automatic scanning the label and assigning the aluminum profiles to the indicated machine.
4. Drilling and milling unit: Robot arm can automatically pick and put the aluminum profiles from drilling and milling machine, which can automatically adjust the fixture, exchange the tools and complete drilling and milling.
5. Cart sorting unit：Scanning label by manual to put the finished products on the indicated location.
