Performance Characteristics
● This machine used for cutting mullion PVC Profile.
● Combined saw blade of 45°can cut mullion at once clamping and ensure cutting precision.
● The cutter runs vertically on the profile surface, profile wide-face positioning ensures the stability of cutting and avoids cutting deviation.
● As the saw blades are arranged at 45° cross each other, cutting scrap only appeared at the saw bit, utilization ratio is high.
● The wide surface positioning of the profile is not affected by human factors, which greatly improves the cutting efficiency. The cutting efficiency of the vertical mullion saw is 1.5 times that of the horizontal mullion saw, and the cutting size is standard.
