Performance Characteristic
● This machine is used for automatic fastening the steel liner of the uPVC window and door.
● Adopt CNC technology, operator only needs to put in position of first screw, distance of screw and length of profile, the system will automatic calculate the screw quantity.
● The machine can clamp many profiles at the same time, the working area within 2.5 meters can be divided into left and right areas.The daily nailing volume is about 15,000-20,000, and the production efficiency is more than 10 times that of manual labor.
● System buttons, ”steel nail”, ”stainless steel nail“, ”S”,” straight line”, can be chosen according to requirement of project.
● Head screwing tracks, “Portrait” and “Landscape”, can be chosen.
● Automatically feed and separate nails through a special nail feeding device, with the function of no nail detection.
● The electrical isolation transformer is used to effectively protect the stability of the system.
● Standard configuration: universal magnet type profile backing plate, applicable to any specification profile.
