● This machine is used for milling water-slot and air pressure balanced holes in uPVC profile.
● Adopt German Bosch high-speed electric motor, with high milling stability and high precision, and long working life of motor.
● Milling adopts head movement mode, and the guide rail adopts rectangular linear guide,which ensures the straightness of milling .
● Adopt modularization structure,the whole machine is consist of six milling heads, which can work individually or combination,with free choice and convenient control.
● Once clamping can complete the milling of all water-slot and air pressure balance holes of a profile, and can ensure the position precision and size accuracy of the milled holes.
