Main Feature

1. High accuracy positioning: full-closed loop control, the movable saw head adopts servo motor drive, the synchronous belt drive and fix the ruler.

2. Large cutting range: it can cut any angle between 45°~90°, and 135°, pneumatic swing angle, the cutting length is 300mm~5000mm, the cutting width is 130mm, the cutting height is 230mm.

3. Stable cutting: the direct-connected motor drives the saw blade to rotate, the gas liquid damping cylinder pushes the saw blade cutting.

4. High security: equipped with the phase sequence protection device to protect the saw blade effectively when the phase sequence is cut off or connected by mistake. The machine head is equipped with automatic opening and closing protective cover, which closes when the equipment is working.

5. Environmental protection：equipped with the dust collector to protect the operator’s health.
