This advanced uPVC windows and doors processing machines solution can produce 50+ pieces all kinds of uPVC windows and doors daily per 8-hour/shift. The window machine proposal can produce screw connection mullion uPVC windows and doors. Because the machinery list has end milling machine, so the proposal can also fabricating false mullion double open casement windows.

The complete uPVC windows and doors production line consist of the following machines:
1. 1 set double head cutting saw (SJZ2-CNS-450x3600), which is used to cut uPVC profile in angle 45° and 90°.
2. 1 set v-notch cutting saw (SJVW-60), which is used to cut V-notch for uPVC profile in 90°.
3. 1 set end milling machine (LSDX04B-200), which is used for milling the tenon on the end face of the mullion for uPVC and aluminum profile.
4. 1 set water-slot milling machine with 3 milling heads (SCX04-3), which will be used for milling the water slot and the air pressure balanced holes on uPVC profile.
5. 1 set lock-hole milling machine (LSKC03-120), which is used for milling the uPVC window and door handle holes and hardware mounting holes.
6. 1 set 4-head welding machine (SHZ4-120*4500), which be used to weld the 90° windows and doors corner, 4﹟welding head is equipped with any angle welding mold,the welding angle from 30°～180°.
7. 1 set CNC corner cleaning machine (SQJ08B-CNC-140), equipped with 6 different cleaning cutters, once clamping can finish cleaning for almost all of welding seams for uPVC window and door frame and sash, including 90° outer corners, up and bottom surface, strip grooves, and internal corners of sliding frame slid rail.
8. 1 set electricity internal corner cleaning tool, 1set electricity external corner cleaning tool, 1 set electricity external corner cleaning tool for screen widow sash.
9. 1 set glazing bead cutting saw for uPVC and aluminum window and door (SYJ03-1800) , this machine cutting 2 pieces of glazing beads at on time.
10. 1 set interlock milling machine for uPVC sliding window and door, which is used for milling the notch on uPVC, or vinyl interlock profile.
