On Sept 24th, 2023 Shandong Building Energy Conservation&Doors and Windows&Curtain Wall Expo has come to an end successfully in Qingdao.
Over the past three days, CGMA welcomed many visitors to their 442 sqm exhibition stand and showcased their aluminum win-door frame intelligent production line perfectly.
It is composed by cutting unit, drilling holes unit, milling unit, auto sorting unit, robot arm, and digital display screen.
Man-Machine integration: manufacturing execution system, processing unit and mechanical arm together make up the intelligent production system to help the company achieve the management and control for production planning & product quality & inventory management and production process.
High level of automatic: this production line only need 2 operator to finish all the process steps for a window-door frame, It is truly realize the flexible production of aluminum win-door and greatly improve the workshop image.
